Building Blocks of Peace 2023 is a 3-month training course (Mar, Apr, May) + 3-month mobilization effort (Jun, Jul, Aug) that will help you connect with others in your community to get organized, become more equipped, and deploy local faith-rooted mobilization in places of need in your community.

Summer 2023 United Engagement
The following efforts are strategic times during the summer that we will organize united prayer & action city-wide. We encourage everyone to participate in their local district efforts, and to join city-wide mobilizations as well when possible.

Practical training for local action
Building Blocks of Peace is multi-organizational effort to mobilize individuals and organizations into collective action for the wellbeing of Chicago. We all have a role to play in the safety of our communities, the social fabric of our neighborhoods, and the wellbeing of our blocks.
